We want SuperExam to be worth it. This policy explains free trials, cancellations and refunds for Premium and Teacher subscriptions.
1.Free trial
Most plans start with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the trial at no cost from Settings → Subscription.
2.Cancelling
Cancel in one click from Settings → Subscription. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period — we don't pro-rate part-months, but you keep what you've paid for.
3.14-day refunds
If you're charged and change your mind, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund the most recent payment, provided the account hasn't been heavily used (e.g. mass downloads).
4.Annual plans
For yearly plans cancelled after the trial, we offer a pro-rata refund of unused full months within the first 30 days, at our discretion.
5.How to request
Email help@superexams.com from your account email with the subject “Refund”. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
6.Exceptions
We may decline refunds where there's evidence of abuse or breach of our Terms. Statutory rights are unaffected.
