These Terms govern your use of SuperExam (superexams.com). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1.Who we are
SuperExam is an online platform providing access to past papers, mark schemes, examiner reports, worked solutions and study tools for Edexcel International qualifications. Past papers and mark schemes remain the copyright of Pearson Edexcel; we provide access for educational revision.
2.Your account
You can browse papers without an account. To save papers, track progress or subscribe to Premium you must register with accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 13 or older, or have permission from a parent or school.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, scrape or redistribute our content in bulk;
- use the AI tutor to cheat in a live exam or assessment;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
4.Subscriptions & payment
Premium and Teacher plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before they end. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
5.AI tutor
The AI tutor is a study aid and can make mistakes. Always check its responses against the official mark scheme. It is provided “as is” and is not a substitute for your own learning or professional advice.
6.Intellectual property
The SuperExam name, design, software and original worked solutions are our property. Exam materials belong to their respective awarding bodies. You may use content for your personal, non-commercial revision.
7.Liability
We work hard to keep SuperExam accurate and available, but we provide it without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for exam outcomes.
8.Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the service over time; significant changes will be notified. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
